With over 30 years of clinical experience in ophthalmology, we are a senior specialist in ophthalmic surgery (refractive, cataract, vitreoretinal) and one of the experts proficient in anterior posterior segment surgery in China. In 1995, China

 was the first to master phacoemulsification technology, and in 2007, it was the first to introduce and apply the German

 BIOM3M vitreous surgery wide-angle lens technology in Guangdong; In 2015, the first ICL crystal implantation surgery was completed in Dongguan, and it won the international award of "EVO ICL3000 (2023)".


I have studied at Charite Medical University in Berlin, Germany, Innsbruck Medical University in Austria, and Essen University Hospital in Germany, introducing international advanced technology and concepts. With over 30 years of dedicated clinical practice in ophthalmology, Dr Liu Fei is a rare all-round specialist in China, excelling in the fields of retina, cataract and refractive surgery. He is highly proficient in performing a wide range of advanced surgical procedures on both the anterior and posterior segments of the eye. Dr Liu has undertaken training at leading medical institutions and research institutes in Germany and Austria on three separate occasions. He is committed to introducing advanced international medical technologies and management philosophies to Dongguan, ensuring they take root and flourish, thereby driving the high-quality development of ophthalmic healthcare services. He has published two SCI-indexed papers, one of which appeared in the US journal *Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery* in 2018.
