• Stop wearing contact lenses: Discontinue ordinary soft contact lenses for more than 1 week; toric soft lenses for 3 weeks; rigid gas permeable lenses (RGP) for over 1 month; orthokeratology lenses for more than 3 months, to ensure accurate examination data. You may wear frame glasses to the hospital for eye refraction tests.
